By creating an account or using AudioGen you agree to these Terms and to our
Privacy Policy. AudioGen is operated by Native Artificial Intelligence (ABN 32 261 010 254), NSW, Australia. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use AudioGen. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
AudioGen generates original music from the text prompts you provide, using AI models. Generated tracks are stored to your private account library, subject to a per-account quota.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may sign in with email, Google, or Apple. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
AudioGen offers a free tier plus paid plans (Creator and Pro) with monthly credit allowances. Unused credits do not roll over; the credit cost of a track varies with its length.
⚠ Auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your chosen account on renewal. Web payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; in-app purchases are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play settings, or (for web) in your AudioGen account — cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for App Store / Google Play purchases are handled by Apple/Google per their policies; web refunds are handled per applicable law.
Subject to these Terms and to your account being in good standing, you may use the music you generate for personal and commercial purposes, royalty-free, worldwide, with no attribution required. To the extent any rights in the output are capable of assignment, we assign them to you. Note that AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and we make no warranty that any output is unique or does not resemble other works (see §9).
You agree not to use AudioGen to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or harmful material, to impersonate others, or to violate any third party’s rights or any platform’s rules. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.
You are responsible for the prompts you enter and any media you upload, and you warrant that you have the rights to any uploaded media. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide and improve the service.
⚠ Important
Music is generated by AI and provided “as is”. We do not guarantee its accuracy, originality, fitness for any purpose, or that it does not infringe third-party rights. You are solely responsible for reviewing output and for how you use it.
Music generation runs on AudioGen’s own self-hosted AI infrastructure. For payments, sign-in, and delivery, AudioGen relies on third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal, Apple, Google, Cloudflare and Hostinger. We are not responsible for their systems, outages, or failures, and their services are governed by their own terms.
You may delete your account and data at any time from within the app (
Account → Delete account) or via our
contact form. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and generated tracks; deleted content cannot be recovered. Non-favourited tracks may also be removed automatically to enforce storage quotas.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or AUD 100 if you paid nothing), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, profits, or reputation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify Native Artificial Intelligence against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the service, your inputs or content, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Please contact us first to resolve any issue informally before commencing formal proceedings.
