AudioGen is an AI music-generation service operated by Native Artificial Intelligence (ABN 32 261 010 254), NSW, Australia, and is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. Contact us via our contact form.

Account details (email, username, hashed password); sign-in identifiers if you use Google or Apple (the provider’s user ID, your email and name); the prompts you enter and your generation history; the audio tracks you generate; subscription and payment records; usage and credit counts; and technical data (IP address, device/browser information, cookies).

To operate the generator and store your tracks; manage your subscription, credits and billing; authenticate and secure your account; respond to support; improve the service; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

We share limited data with the processors needed to run AudioGen: OpenAI (prompt processing), Stripe and PayPal (web payments), Apple and Google (Sign-In and, for in-app purchases, App Store / Google Play billing), Cloudflare (security and content delivery), Hostinger (hosting), and Google Analytics (aggregate usage). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Your generated tracks are stored against a per-account quota (currently up to 50 tracks). Non-favourited tracks may be removed automatically to stay within that quota; favourited tracks are kept until you delete them or your account. We retain account and payment records only as long as needed for the service and applicable law.

We use session and authentication cookies and local storage for core functionality, and Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

You can delete your account and personal data at any time from within the app (Account → Delete account) or via our contact form. Deletion removes your account, generated tracks and associated personal data. Some records (for example, payment and tax records) may be retained where the law requires.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you may request access to, and correction of, your personal information, and may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. We process your data on the bases of performing our contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interests. The controller is Native Artificial Intelligence; you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents may request to know, delete and correct their personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or “share” your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Your data may be processed outside Australia — including in the United States and the EU — by the providers listed above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

AudioGen is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us via our contact form and we will remove it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, and you accept the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the “last updated” date below will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
